BR Carflat wagons were built between 1959 and 1975. Motorail was the public service allowing rail users to load the vehicles onto a service train - sit in a standard coach and relax on their journey. The service reduced in popularity as the motorway network expanded and closed in the 1980's. Weathered in Wales edition.
